Servicing and Repair

I don't believe in a “bronze, silver, gold” servicing structure. Bikes are endlessly unique, your bike will be assessed and a plan explained to you. I will make recommendations for essential work and any extras that may need to be addressed. We will agree on a price and no work will be carried out without your direction. 

I can service suspension forks, shocks and dropper seatposts, fit tubeless tyres, custom build and service wheels, service and maintain electronic shift systems, build bikes, supply and fit Invisiframe products, service hub gear system and perform diagnostics on electric bikes.

Safety Check 

Readjust and check brake and gear systems, minor wheel truing, tyres inflated, chain lubricated, bolts and fittings checked and torqued.
Adult mountain bike, hybrid, Dutch bike or road bike - £35
Children's bikes (24”, 20” etc) - £30
Singlespeed - £25

Suspension 
Rockshox, Fox and Marzocchi, ask about other brands. Unfortunately I do not have the equipment to service Scott or Cannondale suspension units.

Fork lowers service or rear shock air can service - Recommended every 50 hours of riding (includes oil and grease, excludes parts)

Fork full strip and rebuild - Recommended every 100-200 riding, dependent on manufacturer (includes oil and grease, excludes parts)

Rear shock strip and rebuild - Recommended every 100-200 riding, dependent on manufacturer (refilled with nitrogen, includes oil and grease, excludes parts)

Cable replacement from - £30
50 hour service (includes cable replacement) - £40

Forks, shocks and posts do not need to be on the bike, you are welcome to drop them off on their own. If you aren't local you can post parts to me, return postage will be quoted with repair cost but will usually cost an additional £10-£15.
