Mobile Repair and Servicing

If you can't make it to the workshop I can come to your home or work. My mobile setup uses an Omnium E-Cargo bike, courtesy of the BHCC E-Cargo Accelerator Project. The tools and equipment I carry allow me to carry out almost all repairs and servicing on-site, if for any reason I can't fix the issue on the day of my visit I will take the bike to my workshop and deliver it back to you as quickly as possible.
You will need to book a visit on the booking page, when booking you will be charged a callout fee.

This fee is non-refundable, if you cannot make the appointment I can rebook up to 24 hours before, cancelations made with less the 24 hours to the agreed time and date will need to be re-booked and the callout fee will need to be paid again. If weather or other reasons cause me (Hambridge Cycles) to cancel the visit 24 hours before the date and time I will offer to rebook at no extra charge, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours to the appointment I will refund your fee.
The booking fee applies to one appointment at one location, there is no extra charge for multiple bikes, but please let me know in the comments section of the booking form if you have more than one bike in need of attention.

When making your booking please give details of the work required, you don't have to be up to speed with bike terms and parts. Any information will help, a rough description of what you're worried about or what's wrong is enough.

I have set days to travel to various locations in Brighton and Hove, if you need a repair or service outside of these days and locations please get in touch. See the map below for the set areas. My absolute limits of travel are - Ringmer, Southwick, Ditchling, Rottingdean, Southease - contact me if you are in a remote location.
